I’m a sassy size 12. There, I said it!
When I wear clothes that fit my size, curves, and style, I feel and look amazing. It’s the same with your business. The best marketing style for you should be the right fit and size. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard the statement “I want my marketing to be just like (place a name here),” or, “Make our marketing like a startup!” Yes, you can always copy a competitor or company, but is it really the right fit? It’s like when you spend the entire morning trying to find the perfect outfit, and nothing looks right – the problem is most likely that nothing is the right size! It’s the same with marketing. Taking the time and effort to determine the right marketing strategy and blueprint that meets your specific needs and goals is more effective than the copy and paste format. So, when you see a company and think you should copy their program, the reality is they probably have a specific goal and purpose that meets their particular needs. So. do yourself the same favor and take a moment to do your due diligence, and your results will be the perfect fit – maybe it’s a size 12!
